My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. While the grounds are beautifully kept and the setting is serene, the poor customer service and ongoing renovations really detracted from my overall enjoyment. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the noise from the renovations was quite disruptive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they address their service issues and complete the renovations.
